Privacy Policy
Last updated October 16, 2026
This policy explains what information Soli Solutions, Inc. (“SoliPoints”, “we”) collects through the solipoints.com website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you use the message form on our Contact page, we collect the topic you choose, your name, your email address, your organization (if you provide it), and your message. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in your email.
We use this information to respond to you and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Google Workspace. Form messages are stored in a Google Sheet that our team can access, and a copy is emailed to our team.
- Cloudflare. Cloudflare hosts this website and processes form submissions on their way to us.
These providers handle the information on our behalf, under their own security and privacy commitments.
Information collected automatically
- Website analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate traffic, such as page views and which pages are popular. It does not use cookies or other storage on your device, does not fingerprint your browser, and does not track you across websites.
- Security and delivery. Like any website host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and to protect the site against abuse.
- Spam protection. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals such as your IP address and browser to tell people from bots. Cloudflare uses these signals only for that security check, not to profile you or target advertising.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not allow third parties to track your activity on our site for advertising. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies that protect the site and the contact form against bots. These are not used to track you or for advertising. Because we use no optional cookies, there is nothing to opt in to or out of. You can still block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
If you use the light/dark switch, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage so it applies on every page. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it in your browser settings.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We do not track visitors across websites or sell or share personal information for advertising, so these browser signals have nothing to switch off on our site. We treat every visit as if they were turned on.
How long we keep information
We keep form messages and emails for as long as we need them to handle your inquiry and to keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@SoliPoints.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will respond to requests as that law requires.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Other websites
Our site links to other websites, such as the Climate Project Database, LinkedIn, and Google Maps. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to form messages is limited to our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
